Project Description: Development of the “Washer & Hotels” Platform
The “Washer & Hotels” platform was developed as an integrated system for managing laundry services for hotels, aiming to improve operational efficiency and deliver a premium service experience.
1. Administration Interface (Admin Panel)
Objective:
Enable management to monitor and control all operations, staff, representatives, and hotels connected to the system.
Key Features:
User Management: Add, edit, and delete accounts for representatives and hotels.
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of each order from pickup to delivery.
Reporting: Generate detailed reports on performance, sales, and commissions.
System Settings: Customize general system settings such as pricing, service areas, and working hours.
2. Representative Interface (Representative Panel)
Objective:
Provide representatives with tools to manage daily tasks and communicate with hotels and clients.
Key Features:
Order Management: Receive and update the status of assigned orders.
Hotel Communication: Send and receive notes and inquiries with hotels.
Schedule Management: Organize working hours and daily tasks.
3. Hotel Interface (Hotel Panel)
Objective:
Enable hotels to submit laundry requests and track their status easily.
Key Features:
Order Submission: Enter details of laundry items to be processed.
Order Tracking: Monitor the status of each order and view the estimated delivery time.
Invoice Management: Receive and review paid and pending invoices.

Objective:
Ensure effective communication and smooth data flow between all system users.

Real-Time Updates: Order statuses are updated instantly across all interfaces.
Notifications: Instant notifications sent to representatives and hotels upon any order status change.
