Design and Development of the Wholesale Medical Supplies Platform “MedBioSupply”

The MedBioSupply platform was developed as an integrated system for managing medical supplies and product procurement services, providing dedicated interfaces for each user type: Admin, Customer, Merchant, and Delivery Representative. The goal was to improve operational efficiency, ensure a smooth user experience, and facilitate seamless interaction among all parties within the system.

1. Admin Interface (Admin Panel)

Objective: Enable administrators to monitor and manage all system operations.

Completed Tasks:

• User Management: Add, edit, and delete accounts for customers, merchants, and delivery representatives.

• Order Management: Monitor the status of each order from product intake to final delivery.

• Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on performance, sales, and quantities sold.

• System Settings: Customize general system settings such as pricing, commissions, and working hours.

2. Customer Interface (Customer Panel)

Objective: Enable customers to browse products, add items to the cart, and complete purchases.

Completed Tasks:

• Product Browsing: Display detailed information about available products.

• Order Checkout: Add products to the cart and complete secure payment transactions.

• Order Tracking: Track order status from purchase confirmation through delivery.

• Support Interaction: Communicate with customer support through the system for inquiries or issues.

3. Merchant Interface (Merchant Panel)

Objective: Enable merchants to manage products, track sales, and fulfill customer needs.

Completed Tasks:

• Product Management: Add new products and update inventory levels.

• Order Management: Track orders related to their products and ensure availability.

• Reporting: View reports on sales, due commissions, and product performance.

• Delivery Coordination: Communicate with delivery representatives to ensure timely delivery.

4. Delivery Representative Interface (Delivery Panel)

Objective: Enable delivery representatives to efficiently manage order deliveries.

Completed Tasks:

• Order Assignment: Receive details of orders assigned for delivery.

• Status Updates: Update order status upon pickup and delivery.

• Schedule Management: Organize delivery schedules and distribute tasks as needed.

• Customer Communication: Contact customers in case of delays or issues during delivery.

5. Interface Integration

Objective: Ensure smooth information flow across all system components.

• Real-Time Updates: Instantly update order statuses across all interfaces.

• Instant Notifications: Send real-time notifications to customers, merchants, and delivery representatives upon any order status change.

• Unified Reporting: Provide consolidated reports for administrators to monitor performance and optimize operations.
